For most of our lives, we were told that if you wanted to be successful, you needed to go to college. Following this advice, we graduated with engineering degrees from UMaine and saw the potential for a rewarding career in engineering. However, we found our true fulfillment working in the trades, specifically in house painting and remodeling.
At Innovation Painting & Remodeling, our goal is to help young people discover the long-term fulfillment that a career in the trades can offer. We believe that the trades are an excellent avenue for personal and professional growth, providing opportunities that are both rewarding and stable. We are passionate about mentoring the next generation of tradespeople, guiding them to develop their skills and achieve success in house painting, remodeling, and general contracting.

Sam Leask is from Bath, ME, and is an alumnus of the University of Maine (UMaine). He enjoys reading, having most recently finished "The Algebra of Wealth" by Scott Galloway. Sam also loves spending time in good coffee shops. His favorite aspect of his job is the fulfilling feeling of building something that can help people. Sam's passion for learning, community, and creating meaningful work drives his dedication to the success and impact of Innovation Painting & Remodeling.

Dylan Haskell comes from West Gardiner and studied engineering at the University of Maine. In his free time, he enjoys playing both the guitar and piano, as well as hiking and golfing. Dylan takes great pride in seeing the final results of the projects he oversees, finding immense satisfaction in the tangible outcomes of his hard work. His background in engineering and commitment to excellence ensure that every project at Innovation Painting & Remodeling meets the highest standards.
Operations Manager
Liam Li, the Operations Manager at Innovation Painting & Remodeling, hails from Hampden, ME. He attended Hampden Academy and the University of Maine (UMaine). In his spare time, Liam enjoys going to the gym, playing the guitar, and engaging in chess. His favorite part of his job is working with friends, which makes his role both enjoyable and collaborative. With a strong educational background and a passion for both physical and mental activities, Liam brings a unique blend of skills and enthusiasm to his position, ensuring every project is handled with dedication and teamwork. #bigbrain
